Hey beauties! It’s not really about NEED. There are few things in life we NEED. But think about what would make your life better. What would help you achieve your goals? or What would help you move those barriers out of your way to empower you to feel more your authentic self. Sometimes the answer is therapy and sometimes it could just be a workshop. If you’re dealing with a very specific topic and don’t have a lot of baggage (ie: it’s more info you’re lacking, than needing to unpack past stuff), then maybe a workshop is the way to go. If you’re looking for one-on-one and feel you need a listening ear and a really tailored approach, try a session or 2 of counseling and see how it goes. In the same vein, if you can check out a relatively cheap workshop, go, and learn some stuff, afterward you will likely know if you’d benefit from some one-on-one or if the workshop was enough for now.
